“2010: A Post-Crisis Odyssey”. This title, borrowed by two well-known films, could be given to the major post-crisis upheaval we are experiencing, which will radically change our “solar” system.
The businesses that want to recover will have to come to terms with new functioning models imposed by the new “solar” system.
It clearly appears already that intangible goods will be increasingly crucial to reinvigorate the business world and the real economy.
The new production systems will have to reorganise and follow renewed rules and processes, focusing on the optimisation of the intellectual capital, i.e. the companies’ human capital, which can make available/unleash knowledge, skills, behaviours and professionalism.
