I was in my early 20s when I attended my first job interview and launched my first challenge.
I was asked three questions and I myself asked the forth one.
I changed the rules of the game. I dared.
 
Since then I have never stopped exploring new territories and drawing new maps.
 
My propensity to explore inside things and people and looking around in order to progress has been instrumental to enable me to lead the companies I have managed to success.
 
Today I am confronted with a new and almost uncharted territory: people’s knowledge, skills and abilities, be they explicit, tacit or latent, stemming from both professional and personal experiences.
 
My ability to launch the first challenge in my 20s derived from my deepest life experiences. Many life experiences risk getting lost if they are not properly perceived and collected. What an incredible wealth that businesses could waste!
 
Today a new opportunity is provided to tap the human capital that is present in the companies. This is the meaning of our proposal.
